Disciplines
There are 6 different colours of cards in the game, which are called disciplines. Each character is assigned one of these, which allows them to play any non-character specific card that matches their colour. Along with their 3 own unique character specific cards.
Fire
The fire stone is located in the south west, inside the crater of a dormant volcano. Now turned sacred temple, the priests and priestesses use this place to commune with spirits from long ago. It is said that those whose flames glow the brightest of blues have the strongest connection to the spirits.
A young priestess named Akiko, is a naturally gifted student who is the star pupil of the head priestess Suzanna.
Fire’s lands are some of the most diverse in the world. Yuko is a promising magic user who is said to be immensely blessed by the fire stone, but sometimes she struggles to control that power.
Water
The water stone is location in the far south west, within a frozen mountain surrounded by a vast tundra.
Not everyone from this region is suited to it’s climate. One such person is Hiou, who wants to see the world and help those in need with her healing water magic.
Then there are those who are thriving in this frigid landscape. Those like Jilia who are love the cold weather have powers that can easily manipulate the ice and frost to their will.
Shadow
Located on the western coast, northern of the marshlands. lies the shadow stone. Though it’s exact location is unknown. The strange occurrences in this region are well known. This includes strange cursed artifacts.
Vinyx is one such individual that carries a cursed dragon skull staff. Even with the mouth strapped shut, this staff whispers to those that wield it driving them insane. But it seems that Vinyx is immune to its influence. But other nearby people haven’t been so lucky.
Now she wanders the lands trying to find a way to silence the staff once and for all.
Master inventor Spirax uses her shadow magic to power her small army of robotic contraptions.
Light
The light stone is in the crowning centre of the great light kingdom. While no other faction has been able to rally themselves behind a single vision. It is well known that this kingdom hasn’t always used the most savoury of techniques.
Kaiya is a self described adventurer. She loves to go out exploring with her best friend Belle.
Riley is the captain of the royal light guard. She’s an inheritably great leader, able to inspire those that server under her.
Earth
Located in the most central part of the continent. Within its many forests is the earth stone.
Noyra is the daughter of a great warrior. Who inherited her fathers magic shield.
Erika‘s love for nature drives her to explore and heal the land. Because of this she was able to befriend some fairies that now join her on her quest.
Arcane
The arcane stone is located sepererate from the mainland, out in a cluster of islands to the west. It is not as widely known about outside of those that live there.
Sakura loves reading. She’s always on the look out for a great story she can get into.
The fairy trickster Azio is the mischievous type. She loves playing practical jokes on people.
